Lead free solder is the only type of solder to use for jewelry projects or projects that will be touched or handled often.  Our lead free solder contains tin, copper and silver. It is a solid wire solder with no flux in the core.  The solder wire diameter is 1/8 inch.  This type of solder works best for creating soldered art.  The 2oz spool comes with a cover to keep the solder nice and tidy.
