Accepted Payment Methods
Our store accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express as well as payment through Pay-Pal. Payments made through Pay-Pal may take longer to process.

Our Return Policy

Damaged or Defective Merchandise Due to Manufacturing
We guarantee our products and will replace any products that are damaged or defective.  We may require proof of damage or return of the defective items.  We 
will pay all shipping charges.
Contact us immediately if there are any problems with any of our products.  
Often if an iron is thought to be defective it is simply a dirty tip that is the problem.

Retail Orders
We will accept products in their original package up to 15 days from the date of shipment. Before returning any product, you will need to email for an RMA number. We charge a 10% restocking fee for all returned orders. You will have to pay for the return shipping charges. Special orders or bulk orders are non-returnable.
Email for Return Merchandise Authorization   
Exchanges can be made within 30 days of receiving your order.  RMA is still required.

Wholesale Orders
We will accept returned products in their original package up to 15 days from the date they were received. Before returning any
product you will need to call or email for an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.  We charge a 15% re-stocking fee for all returned orders. You will have to pay for the return shipping charges. Exchanges can be made within 30 days of receiving your order RMA is still required.

Damaged or lost shipments
At Simply Swank we package all of our orders very carefully. Once a package leaves
our warehouse it is out of our hands.  We rarely have orders that are damaged or stolen but occasionally it can happen. 
If you would like to insure your package against damage, loss or theft, insurance can be purchased for your package.  During the checkout process you can choose to purchase insurance or not.  If you choose to not purchase insurance Simply Swank L.L.C. is not responsible for damage, loss or theft.  If insurance is chosen and you need to make a claim, all claims are handled through the U.S.P.S. directly.

Priority Mail Shipping


All orders are shipped within 3 business days using United States Postal Service Priority Mail. The shipping cost is determined by weight and calculated by the United States Postal Service Website. You will receive a shipped order email from our website .  Tracking information is also available through your account order history. A minimal $1.50 for handling is added to all orders.

 Priority mail takes 2-3 days once your order is shipped. Shipping time is not guaranteed by USPS, East Coast orders may take longer.
